An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager / Team Assistant to support this busy consultancy company in the City
This is a dual role between office management duties for two offices and also supporting the HR team

  • Act as the main point of contact for all employee office related matters including - maintenance, catering, facilities, office supplies, access, health and safety etc responding in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring the London office effectively managed - keeping spaces clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and ordered in a timely and cost-effective manner (including stationery, office food and snacks, IT equipment, business cards etc)
  • Provide adhoc PA support to the CEO -travel/hotels, diary management and meeting scheduling, office management activities and any other ad hoc requests.
  • Supporting the HR team Administration processes e.g. new hires, updating HR systems, producing reports, communicating with employees directly to complete tasks etc)
  • Assist leaders with quarterly team events by sourcing venues and catering etc and also Wellbeing Events
  • Coordination and management of all meeting room requirements including guest registrations, room bookings, refreshments etc
  • Responsible for all in and outgoing mail/couriers/deliveries ensuring best value solutions are utilised
  • Responsible for the secure maintenance of all office keys and security measures (access cards etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring employee / client gifts are sourced and delivered (eg new baby etc.)
  • First point of call for the main phone line

  • Min 2 years previous Office Manager / Team Assistant experience
  • Previous HR experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills
