Job description
My client are looking for an Experienced Office Manager to be responsible for managing all aspects of the office facilities, providing high-quality customer experience and value for money office services whilst maintaining a healthy, safe and pleasant working environment for staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills - able to work to given deadlines and quality measurements;
- Excellent customer care skills;
- NEBOSH qualification
- Budget and contract management skills;
- Prior office management experience preferred;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
- Professional telephone manner;
- Keen attention to detail;
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude; reliable and dependable.
