My client are looking for an Experienced Office Manager to be responsible for managing all aspects of the office facilities, providing high-quality customer experience and value for money office services whilst maintaining a healthy, safe and pleasant working environment for staff.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills - able to work to given deadlines and quality measurements;
  • Excellent customer care skills;
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Budget and contract management skills;
  • Prior office management experience preferred;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Professional telephone manner;
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well under pressure
