On-boarding Analyst

My Client are and International FX firm, based in the heart of Central London looking for an immediately available Onboarding Analyst to join their team on a temp - perm basis.
You will provide comprehensive day to day responsibility for the end to end on-boarding process of all new clients/partners.

Responsibilities of the Onboarding Analyst

• On-boarding all clients including; Retail/Professional; both individuals and corporates; affiliates and other partners;
• Completing kyc checks; PEP/Sanction/ABC and Adverse Media checks using both internal and external data sources. Ensuring any issues are investigated, resolved and signed off.
• Review and conduct ongoing monitoring for affiliates and partners
• Undertake opt up process for elective professional clients in line with FCA requirements
• On-board institutional clients, ensuring correct categorisation
• Maintain and report account rejection rates
• Conduct, investigate and resolve weekly PEP/Sanction/Adverse Media & ABC review

Requirements of the Onboarding Analyst

• 2- 3 years' experience in CFD/FX brokerage in similar role
• 2nd language preferred Italian/Spanish
• MT4/5 knowledge useful
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and Outlook
