Job description

My client is a growing Media agency who are looking for a People Team Coordinator to join their UK team. Based in London, the People Team Coordinator will regularly consult with employees and managers to answer questions on HR, payroll, benefits, policies and practices as well as deliver day-to-day tactical HR operational responsibilities. This is an integral member of the regional and global HR teams, you will report to the HR Manager and key stakeholders of the UK Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize HRIS system, employee records, employee benefit profile, and employee engagement system
    ● Respond/support all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests including policies and procedures, payroll, and benefits processes
    ● Coordinate and support new hire onboarding/inductions
    ● Assist with processing payroll, and oversee benefits administration (In coordination with the payroll and people team)
    ● Collaborate with teams in building, supporting and executing initiatives that contribute to an inclusive culture representation of our values

What You'll Need

●Strong attention to detail
●Minimum of 2 yrs experience in a busy HR role
● An interest and understanding of working in a fast paced agency environment and its opportunities and challenges
● Prior experience with digital HR systems (preferred)
● Strong communication skills
● Excellent self-management skills (time management, personal accountability etc.)
● We encourage hybrid working but access to our London office is preferred
