Personal Assistant- 12 Month FTC Supporting Commercial Sales and Marketing

My client a global multi-level marketing corporation that develops, markets, and sells supplements, sports nutrition, and personal-care products are looking for a proactive, bubbly Personal Assistant to join their Dynamic team.

The role - You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Commercial Sales and Marketing team and Senior Directors of Sales and Marketing.

Duties -

  • Managing logistics
  • Extensive diary management
  • Scheduling and preparing meetings to answering calls and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses and invoices
  • Take and circulate minutes
  • Organise documentation
  • Handle correspondence
  • Reporting to updating systems to help ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Organise events and correspondence

The candidate -

Working for an exciting brand the candidate would need to be confident, bubbly but assertive and professional. A 'hit the ground running' attitude & able to work extremely well under pressure. Extensive experience in providing office and senior level PA support is essential - Naturally good with people, you will be discreet and possess well-developed communication, admin and PC skills coupled with an eye for detail. Excellent at multitasking you will also be a strong team player who is able to take the initiative and prioritise workloads when needed. You have a flexible approach to work and a can-do attitude!
