Our client, a global FinTech company, are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will focus on Product talent. As Product Talent Acquisition Partner you will be building pipelines of talent and actively sourcing product professionals to join the global team.

Responsibilities

• Actively source talent from the market making 3-4 product hires a month
• Creating external networks
• Contribute to the clients ongoing D&I strategy
• Play an active part in monthly meetups
• Partner with the hiring managers to find the best talent
• Maintain a high level of candidate experience
• Help inform Employer brand strategy and be a brand ambassador

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of the market Product roles that you will be covering include; Heads of Product, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts
• You care as much about the candidate and hiring manager experience as you do about making a placement
