Job description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Production / Project Coordinator to join this growing Creative Medical Agency. Reporting to the CFO and Art Directors you will support and guide the production team, ensuring that they have all resources available for projects to be completed on time. This would suit a talented individual, preferably from a scientific / biomedicine / healthcare / sales background with a proven track record of ensuring resources and staff are available with various skill sets for various projects

Duties will include

  • Assisting the Art Directors with ongoing resource management and support
  • Ensure employees are utilised and oversea workload/ overtime and maintain budgets
  • Forecasting future project supply and demand ensuring resources are available
  • Attend key meetings to keep management / Line Managers updated on resource capacity and availability
  • Ensure project timelines and requirements are updated
  • Working with production to assign staff to projects

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in resourcing or managing budgets, preferably in a project-based, creative or agency environment
  • Experience in developing processes that support project management and staff utilisation
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Process driven individual, who can organise people, teams and workflows
  • Strong initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Data driven mindset, comfortable in excel, and not overwhelmed by a lot of data
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Previous project duties e.g. timelines, resourcing needs, utilisation, targets and margins, overtime etc
  • Experience of working in TV/Film/Video is essential
