My client is a leading insurance firm based in Surrey looking to recruit a Project Accountant on an interim basis.

Role responsibilities:

• Budgeting/forecasting working closely with the programme director to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, capturing risks and opportunities
• Business partnering to put in place regularly P&L reporting under Oracle
• Financial Control framework- driving efficiency and delivering the project in a cost effective manner
• Building cost models and supporting pricing decisions
• Updating and monitoring cost to complete the project at hand
• Ensuring revenue is correctly recognised in line with performance
• Strong systems skills - ideally Oracle/Hyperion

Candidate requirements:

• Must be qualified Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Immediately available
• Able to hit the ground running
• Strong Financial Services industry experience
