Project Coordinator, 12month FTC

My specialist consultancy client based in London Bridge, are looking for a Client Project Coordinator to join them on 12month FTC.

As an efficient Client Project Coordinator, you will ideally have experience of working in a similar high performing team, coordinating administration associated with the lifecycle of a project; in particular, ensuring the swift and accurate administration of project data and client invoices as well as the appropriate use of systems and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setup systems (CRM, IBM, Dynamics, AX)
  • Create and Coordinate timelines
  • Maintain budgets
  • Coordinate; purchase orders, travel arrangements, reporting and scheduling
  • Invoicing & liaising with finance teams
  • Collaborate with client on-boarding procedure
  • Create & implement operating procedures
  • Provide training for enterprise systems & provide feedback to business

Skills:

  • Educated to A Level standard, degree desirable or similar experience
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel; Viso & SharePoint would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Strong attention to detail
