Job description
We are looking to hire a forward thinking Project Manager to join our FX client which has become available due to a continued period of growth within the business. We are looking for a Junior Project manager who will help manage workloads and help prioritise all tasks to assist the Implementation Manager to successfully deliver projects across the business.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Support the Implementation Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a satisfactory standard
- Help the business to grow its technology offering by working with key stakeholders to identify areas that can be improved
- Work on keeping track of all tasks and ensuring project boards are updated and maintained
- Work closely with the wider business to ensure that priority changes and change requests are managed, communicated and recorded
- Maintain project monitoring tools such as Monday.com so project progress can be monitored
- Create reporting structure to demonstrate improvements to the project lifecycle Continuous personal and professional development in understanding of the business environment with relation to ongoing projects
Must Haves:
- 2 Years Project Management experience within Financial Services
- Experience with Salesforce and Project Management tools such as Monday.com or JIRA
- Experience with testing systems and processes
- Ability to think strategically about the business and how it can be grown
