Experienced FOH Receptionist
Ideally 3+ years experience of working in a corporate environment on FOH, completing both Reception and Facility responsibilities.
My Client, a global Trading firm based in the City, are hiring a confident corporate FOH Receptionist & Facilities Assistant to join their warm and welcoming team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced professional, positive and helpful Receptionist who works proactively to support the FM with Facilities related responsibilities:
- Meet andgGreet visitors/staff
- Switchboard management
- Manage meeting rooms
- Admin support for the HR & Facilities team
- Booking of travel & hotel arrangements
- Processing invoices
- Cover post room in absence of team member
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
