Financial Services business based in the City of London, have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their FOH / Office Management team.
The successful Receptionist will be have excellent first class customer service and communication skills, be passionate to take full ownership for providing a welcoming Reception to colleagues, clients and visitors.
- Managing day to day running of the London Reception
- Managing multiple meeting rooms, including the diary and refreshments
- Being the main point of contact for all visitors, suppliers, contractors and building management
- To conduct site safety inductions for all new starters
- Set up security passes
- Facilities & maintenance administration
Organising refreshments/lunches for client meetings and clearing meeting room after
- Working with the IT team to ensure all requirements for internal and external meetings are provided as requested
