Job description

Receptionist required for this Global Investment company based in the City of London. As receptionist, you will provide Front of House duties and also support the company in providing secretarial and admin support.

This is a 9-month contract offering a salary of £25,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global Financial Services organisation.

Receptionist Duties

  • First point of contact for the company
  • Answering the Switchboard
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support services to dept Managers
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Preparing presentations and marketing distributions
  • Be the point of contact for facilities
  • Replenish stationary for departments and ensure all departments have stock avail
  • Assist the departments with ad-hoc administration e.g. print, fax, scan, send out marketing

Receptionist Skills

  • Preferably have worked in a professional services / Financial Services industry
  • Ability to provide a 5* service to staff and visitors
  • Preferably have supported high net worth clients
  • Have a helpful / hands-on personality to provide the best service, and go above and beyond
  • Good Computer skills
