Reception Supervisor - Oxford - £25,000 - £28,000
The Reception Supervisor plays a key role in supervising and overseeing all of our clients Front of House/Reception services, ensuring a first-class, consistent service across all offices.
Duties:
- Overseeing Front of House/Receptions across all offices to ensure that visitors, clients, staff and contractors are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all reception areas operate a high quality service at all times
- Liaising with all receptionists regularly to ensure effective communications and consistency between all offices
- Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of all Front of House/Reception services across all offices
- First point of contact for all external suppliers, contractors and building management regarding service quality and maintenance, escalating any issues where necessary to the Facilities Manager
- Responsible for the smooth running of the Oxford office
- Managing internal communications relating to the office in Oxford and across all offices
- Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to in Oxford and across all offices
- Line management of the London office Receptionist including day to day support, setting objectives and completing the appraisal process
- Escalating staff/office issues to the Facilities Manager as appropriate
- Assisting the team in maintaining the Admin Assistance one-hour rule
- Covering for other team members in their absence
- Complying with company procedures
- Other general administration duties as requested
