Job description
Arab Speaking is required for this International Financial Services Company based in the West End. You will provide Front of House duties and also support the company in providing secretarial and admin support. Reporting to the Office Admin Manager and working in a team of two to ensure all duties are covered and assist one another with specific projects in assisting the departments.
Duties will include
- First point of contact for the company
- Answering the Switchboard -
- Providing a secretarial and administrative support services to dept Managers
- Assist with adhoc projects
- Preparing presentations and marketing distributions
- Be the point of contact for facilities
- Replenish stationary for departments and ensure all departments have stock avail
- Assist the departments with adhoc administration e.g. print, fax, scan, send out marketing
Skills required
- Previous 3 years Reception / Secretarial Admin experience
- Preferably have worked in a professional services / Financial Services industry
- Fluent Arabic - spoken and written
- Ability to provide a 5* service to staff and visitors
- Preferably have supported high networth clients
- Have a helpful / hands-on personality to provide the best service, and go above and beyond
- Good Computer skills
Mon - Friday = Office based (Covid guidelines have been address and will be constantly updated as per government guidelines)
Duration: 3 months
To commence: ASAP (following onboarding checks)
Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 plus hols (PAYE)
