Job description

KennedyPearce is a leading recruitment consultancy that focusses on Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations, Change Management and Risk & Compliance. Our aim is to make your career as rewarding, fun and easy as possible so we have created a culture and environment to help our people thrive to do just that.

We operate a flexible hybrid work model with flexitime and reduced Friday hours, unlimited annual leave, a dress down policy, an in-office Sonos music system, free breakfast, drinks fridge in our pub break-out and games area, coffee machine, loads of other benefits including free Netflix for example…and one of the best reward schemes in the industry with up to 40% commission on all billings above threshold.

Our Journey

We are going through a period of exponential growth and are looking to hire Recruitment Consultants to join our well established, highly experienced team and learn from some of the best people in the industry. If you are interested in becoming one of our consultants, then please apply for a place on our highly sought and highly competitive Academy Day where you will interview and compete for one of the few places in our team.

Academy Day:

The Academy Day itself involves a number of meetings with our people, some sales and recruiting scenarios as well as team-based debates and challenges to show us you have what it takes. The best people will be selected to progress and have the chance to join one of the fastest growing recruitment business in London.

The Job:

The job is ultimately a 360 recruitment sales role but will start off as a trainee with extensive and comprehensive training programme lead by our Managing Director himself.

Job Duties include:

  • Candidate Generation and subsequent relationship management.
  • Developing new clients - phone based as well as online
  • Arranging and attending client meetings.
  • Sourcing and managing the recruitment processes on behalf of clients.
  • Negotiating and selling on multiple levels to both clients and candidates.
  • Offer management and post placement follow up.
  • Fee negotiation and PSL agreements

Application:

If you think you have what it takes, please send in your CV with a cover note explaining why you want to be a recruiter and what makes you stand out from the crowd. Also, it would be great if you were able to send in a short video of yourself telling us 3 things: 1) a little bit about yourself 2) why you want to be a recruiter and 3) what motivates you to succeed.

Good luck with your application.
