Job description

An experienced Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator is required to support the Global Recruitment team of this high-net-worth investment company based in the City

  • Providing varied administrative support to a busy global recruitment team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to arrange interviews internationally
  • Manage and own the offer administration process and send offers for signature via Docusign
  • Assist the team with preparing approval requests on a weekly basis for approvals to recruit & approvals to hire
  • Manage the recruitment inbox & respond to speculative CV's and ad-hoc emails
  • Support Recruitment Managers with graduate recruitment cycle
  • Ensure all templates are updated and saved (e.g. job description)
  • Ensure PSL folders are kept up to date
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration
  • Manage reporting requirements for the recruitment function
  • Process recruitment invoices and candidate expenses
  • Ensuring Compliance training, declarations, and relevant forms are completed on a timely basis

Skills Required

  • Preferably you will have Financial services or professional services industry experience
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment, high volume environment
  • Previous Recruitment administrative experience is essential in a fast-paced
  • Experienced at organising meetings across different various time zones
  • System Skills: - Advanced Outlook experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Resourceful with the ability to use own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise often a heavy workload
  • Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach

Duration: 9 months FTC
Salary: £35- £40K pro rata
