Recruitment Manager / Internal Recrutier

My client are a leading Health and Wellbeing business based in West London, seeking a hands-on, operational internal Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to drive and continue business success.

The ideal Recruiter / Recruitment Manager will have excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, be highly organised, resilient and consultative.

Experience of working in a similar inhouse role for a minimum of 3 years is essential, recruit across all business units including; Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Business Intelligence, Legal and Customer Service.

ATS experience is preferred but not essential.
