World Leading Organisation is currently recruiting a Research Analyst to join their team based in Marlow. The Research Analyst would be ambitious, highly talented graduates or professionals with a few years professional work experience. Individuals with proven research skills, a discerning eye for detail and quality, who are proficient users of technology and digital/online/internet, commercially astute and organised in managing their workload.

The role would consist of working with their Partners and Senior Consultants on international assignments, analysing target companies, mapping global talent markets, and building the deep market expertise that would allow the Research Analyst to identify and research the most talented, diverse leadership candidates for their clients.

Duties/Accountabilities of the Research Analyst include:

  • Gain understanding of the skills, decisions and processes involved in building global businesses, supported through Executive search/Headhunting
  • Acquire an understanding of the overall management of a search
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the cycle of a search to include process and timescales
  • Gain demonstrable understanding of the global technology industry, innovation, venture capital growth investment, IPO journeys and digital transformation
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding and use of maximising digital/online tools such as File Finder and LinkedIn
  • Build a track record of successful delivery on searches in a timely and efficient manner to expectation
  • Clearly understand and articulate the value proposition and positioning of Clients and key industry players
  • Demonstrate considered and accurate qualification of candidates against brief
  • Understand cultural differences across the searches
  • Build articulate, insightful reports which capture market dynamics and assignment progress
  • Become involved and gradually take accountability for developing "successful" leadership CV's
  • Become adept at producing an accurate search target list with clear logic grounded in deep market expertise
  • Work towards advising others in research that are supporting you on your assignments
  • Demonstrate your ability to operate and to lead in a virtual team environment
