Revenue Manager

This position requires someone with strong experience in sales finance gained in a progressive FMCG company or relatable environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead, develop, implement Net Revenue Management strategy to drive positive Net Revenue Realisation
  • Ensure Net Revenue Management strategies are delivering targets across Net Revenue Growth
  • Partner with international team to create short to long term pack price strategy initiatives
  • Drive profit accretive strategies and initiatives in a complex retail and market environment
  • Establish true win/win Revenue solutions for both Customer & Organisation
  • Improve efficiencies and identify areas of opportunity


Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' relatable experience
  • Documented track record of success
  • Significant sales/finance experience
  • Track record of initiating and leading major change initiatives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results driven with 'can do' attitude
  • Results driven with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical thinking capability, pro-actively challenges the 'status quo'
