Job description
Revenue Manager
This position requires someone with strong experience in sales finance gained in a progressive FMCG company or relatable environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead, develop, implement Net Revenue Management strategy to drive positive Net Revenue Realisation
- Ensure Net Revenue Management strategies are delivering targets across Net Revenue Growth
- Partner with international team to create short to long term pack price strategy initiatives
- Drive profit accretive strategies and initiatives in a complex retail and market environment
- Establish true win/win Revenue solutions for both Customer & Organisation
- Improve efficiencies and identify areas of opportunity
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' relatable experience
- Documented track record of success
- Significant sales/finance experience
- Track record of initiating and leading major change initiatives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results driven with 'can do' attitude
- Results driven with attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking capability, pro-actively challenges the 'status quo'
