A leading international oil & gas company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage the financial lifecycle of its non-operated and legacy assets. This role will support joint venture exits, entity wind-downs, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Projects & Deliverables

• Lead the financial closeout of multiple Joint Ventures across Africa and South America.
• Manage branch and company deregistration, including associated tax filings.
• Oversee all financial reporting (management and statutory) for legacy entities.
• Deliver budgeting and forecasting for decommissioning and exploration projects.
• Act as key liaison with external auditors and JV partners.
• Manage outsourced finance operations (via BPO provider).
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with a strong technical accounting background.
• Proven experience in JV and PSC accounting, ideally within oil & gas.
• Comfortable working on complex entity structures and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• SAP experience (JV modules) and ERP/reporting tools knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
• Hands-on, detail-focused, and able to drive project deliverables autonomously.
