Senior M&A Manager - Contract

As the Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager, you will be working with senior management on a daily basis, in charge of all potential M&A opportunities, with duties including:

• Financial due diligence
• Management of due diligence process
• Preparation of feasibilities and expert knowledge of valuation principles
• Manage workstream leads ensuring that they are delivering against the key project milestones and are considering the inter-dependencies of their work with other workstreams

The successful candidate will hold professional qualifications (ACA/CA), display strong commercial acumen, be able to present to senior managements and ideally come from a transactional services environment within a Big 4 or strong commercial experience within M&A. 8+ years' experience delivering projects within large, international organisations

Although this is initially a contract role, for the right candidate a permanent opportunity will be made available.
