Job description

An amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Project Manager to work as the Senior Change and Organisational Design Manager of this Global Insurance Co. You will report to the Head of HR People Change and Projects liaising with Managers in designing and planning business change. Carry out strategic workforce planning, organisational design and capability definition to deliver the longer-term objectives of the International division.

Ensuring change initiatives are well-embedded in the Division through proper onboarding of stakeholders, communication planning and delivery. Support the upskilling of the wider HR function and business around effective change management

Main duties

  • Contribute to the development of the Division's Workforce Planning/Org Design frameworks.
  • Organisation of business plans and strategy by ensuring the alignment of workforce plans and operating models
  • Build business cases to identify external shifts in skills and demands and build pragmatic plans to help build the company's ability to adapt to these requirements
  • Identify workforce scenarios based on talent and workforce data and provide estimated costs of each scenario
  • Working with the HRBP's to lead on large scale business / cross functional organisational reviews and design initiatives
  • Defines change plans and strategies for key stakeholder groups in partnership with various functions and project teams to ensure change and transformation efforts are accepted and embedded in the International Division
  • Actively contribute to the HRBP and Talent and Culture functions through identification of future skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders to understand business strategy and identify resourcing and capability needs
  • Support the movement of talent across the business, matching: capability, remuneration, employment type and talent with roles
  • Provide specialist advice and solutions to HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders on organisational design and workforce planning solutions to address changing workforce demographics,
  • Partners with the Talent team and HR Business Partners to engage Executives and Senior Leaders in the delivery of workforce solutions and contribute to the forecasting of initiatives across International Divisions

Skills Required

  • Project Management experience (Waterfall & Agile) preferred
  • Organisation Design experience essential
  • Critical thinking, change management and analytical skills

  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, clearly conveys message both in verbal and written forms
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans
  • Experience of leading organisational design programmes
  • Strong knowledge and experience of change management skills and use of project management practices, methodologies and tools
  • Experience of leading change using agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated senior business partnering/internal consulting experience
  • Experience of using analytical methods and data visualisation tools to articulate organisation structures, capabilities and benefits of change e.g. OrgVue

Salary: up to £110,000.00 plus bonus and bens
