Job description

My client are a Global Consultancy and Business Advisory based in the heart of the City are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their incredible, dynamic and professional team of HR professionals.


You will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver the entry-level recruitment in-line with the business aims. You will be involved in end-to-end European campus outreach events, activities and programs to meet current hiring demands and create strong talent pipelines for the company's future hiring needs.

Ultimately, as part of the HR team, you will ensure you attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among the targeted audiences including key college and university communities.

You will work as part of the HR team to provide an excellent service to all individuals, clients or partners.

Key Duties as Talent Acquisition Assistant:

  • Managing an efficient and personalised recruitment process, working with hiring managers, candidates, and university partners
  • Ensuring all candidates have an experience that represents the brand and that any applications or queries are managed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment - not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, arranging of interviews, offer and on-boarding to ensure a smooth and engaging process for all
  • Planning and executing campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, networking receptions, panel discussions, interview days
  • Creating and enhancing marketing materials such as brochures, e-mail campaigns, videos, presentations
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities/colleges, student orgs, and diverse partners to identify key talent and improve how we work together
  • Use a range of media including engagement / social media platforms to advertise current open roles to the right audiences which could include alumni communities
  • Report on recruiting metrics and produce quarterly metrics to update internal talent stakeholders on activity and market conditions
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the experience, quality, and level of support delivered through the process to candidates and stakeholders alike
