Job description

One of my favourite City Insurance clients are recruiting for a Talent Management & Development Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Administrator with previous HR knowledge to join this Learning and Development Team. This is a newly created role to support the regional TM&D team where you will support and deliver the strategic agenda, working alongside an excellent team driven to provide an excellent service.

Main duties:

  • First point of contact for the team and managing the inbox
  • Review existing TM&D processes and suggest ideas for improvements. Partner with the TM&D Specialist on identifying agenda topics and running the monthly meeting. Ensure the TM&D SharePoint is kept up to date and in line with Data Protection requirements.
  • First point of contact for invoices, expenses and contracts
  • Run regular reports on the teams activity and ad hoc learning requests
  • Maintain and update the Intranet pages
  • Organise all regional and local workshops
  • Secure venues for face-to-face training and ensure links are sent out for virtual training
  • Handle invitations, coordinate pre-work, distribute follow-up materials and feedback via the online survey
  • Run all psychometrics and diagnostics administration i.e. Insights, Hogan, KF360-degree feedback
  • Monitor the workshop tracker e.g. attendance and waitlist for future sessions
  • Ensure internal facilitators are arranged for all internal workshops
  • Manage sign off for costs in advance of all externally facilitated workshops
  • Support the Regional TM&D Head with presentations, diary management, and adhoc regional/global projects

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Essential
  • Strong administration, organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Advanced Microsoft office user - especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous use of Sharepoint would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Good mathematical/analytical ability
  • Experience within L&D is highly desirable or previous HR / Events experience or Administration/Coordination within a fast paced corporate environment
  • Passion for working in Talent Management or HRis highly desirable

Salary: £27000 - £30000 Plus good benefits

Location: City Office and a Hybrid working model
