Our client, a Global Real Estate company, are seeking a Team Assistant to work alongside their Investor Relations and Marketing teams. As Team Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the team in all aspects such as, updating CRM systems, organising events and general admin tasks.

The perfect candidate will possess outstanding communication and organisational skills, as well as being an excellent multi-tasker able to deal with changing priorities.


  • Supporting a busy team with daily tasks and projects
  • Organise and schedule meetings, calls and flights for the IR team
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and events
  • Preparing and updating IR presentations and agendas
  • Maintaining and updating IR database
  • Format investor and new business presentations in line with company branding
  • Prepare marketing and new business materials
  • Liaising with European offices and third parties on a daily basis

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
  • Background in Real Estate or Financial Services
  • Independent, personable, collaborative/teamwork player, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment; ability to perform under deadline pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
