My client, a renowned and leading professional services firm - are looking for an experienced Secretary to provide full secretarial support to their busy team of fee earners.

- Document production and formatting of reports
- Typing of letters and other documents
- Diary management for fee earners
- Organising travel when necessary
- Performing both audio and copy typing duties
- Planning, monitoring and control of own workload.
The successful Team Secretary will have the following experience/skills:
- Experience within a similar secretarial role
- Previous experience gained from Property, Legal or Medical advantageous
- Must have experience in digital dictation
- Minimum typing speed of 45/50 wpm
- Highly competent in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
