Team Secretary / Administrator - Sales Team

12 month fixed Term Contract

£24000 - £26000 plus bens

An excellent opportunity to work as a Sales Administrator for this International Financial Services company based in the City of London. You will provide PA / Administrative support to the Senior Management and the team. This is a pivotal position providing a broad range of duties including secretarial, accounts, administration, IT support and project support to International Depts

Main duties

  • Providing PA support to the senior managers - organising meetings / diary / business trips / expenses
  • Assisting with the teams business operations in processing invoices and general admin support
  • Assist in arranging international exhibitions
  • Updating and maintaining contractual data / supplier details / logistical documents / monthly budgets
  • Provide and promote IT solutions
  • Process Sales and Purchase Contracts
  • Ensure all shipping information and documents are received in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain internal spreadsheets

Skills required

  • Previous Team Assist or secretarial experience is essential
  • Excellent computer skills = MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills - preferably have worked for an international team
  • An excellent organiser
  • Basic understanding of accounts
  • Experience of using SAP
    Preferably have Concur experience
  • Ideally you will have either a sales / logistics / shipping background
