Our client, a global FinTech company, are seeking a Technology Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team. As Technology Talent Acquisition Partner you will be required to support the technology teams actively sourcing engineers to join their global team.

Responsibilities

• Actively source talent from the market, hiring 3-4 tech roles per month
• Create external networks
• Contribute to ongoing D&I strategy
• Play an active part in monthly meetups
• Partner with hiring managers to find the right talent for the business
• Maintain a high level of candidate experience
• Help inform Employer brand strategy and be a brand ambassador

Skills & Experience

• Passionate about recruitment you're looking to work for a company that's expanding and where you can make a real impact
• You work at pace and are comfortable with ambiguity
• Understanding of the tech market and knowledgeable on Tech Stack such as TypeScript, Javascript, Node and React
• You care as much about the candidate and hiring manager experience as you do about making a placement
• Motivated and naturally competitive to be the best at what you do
