Here's what you'll do…

• Inspire & lead a large team comprising of Accounts Payable & Receivable Officers with one common goal; drive operational efficiency's and deliver exceptional finance services
• Oversee and support the review outcomes on Net Revenue Share reporting
• Provide process improvement and policy management across the Travel & Entertainment platform
• Manage timely month end close process and ledger reconciliations
• Support and optimise cash flow management
• Support banking, management of the debt facility & working capital reporting
• Drive process change and provide leadership on change management, process improvement and continuous development as a transactional services lead

Here's what you'll look like…

• You have 2+ years leadership experience in Finance via a large organisation/ team structure
• You hold a ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA/ CPA qualification
• You're passionate about people and the value of human connection and apply an experience lens to your work and leadership style
• Experience using dynamics
• You're comfortable providing leadership, coaching and guidance to help accomplish ambitious aggressive team based goals for the AP/ AR function
• You demonstrate exceptional communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience
• You provide critical thinking and a fresh perspective on process improvement & change management
• You have had exposure to change management and process improvement and be able to talk to your involvement and experience in driving outcomes in this space
