Global property company looking for a Yardi Systems Specialist to join the team for 6 months. This company has grown significantly in the past year and need a Yardi Voyager expert to help with day to day queries, data migration and user training.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the system users both internally and externally
• Create process documents and training guides and ensure they are updated in line with any changes to the system
• Communicate any changes and ensure sufficient training is provided to the users
• Analysing and identifying solutions to satisfy business requirements - including changes to the system and business processes
• Manage and maintain the development/improvement request list (Yardi backlog issue list) and work with the business, Yardi & system developer to ensure resolutions are sought in a timely manner
• Identifying process improvement opportunities wherever possible

Requirements

Essential

• Sound knowledge of Real Estate
• Several years' experience implementing and running large Yardi Voyager systems
• Strong property management experience including a knowledge of lease set up and service charge
