I am working with a leading hospitality company based in the City of London. They are seeking an Accounts Payable with relevant previous experience to join their finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily invoice processing
• Manging team AP Mailbox
• Weekly payment BACS processing and balance checks
• Daily urgent payment processing and balance checks
• Set up of new suppliers and updates as/when received
• Ensure payments are completed within the given deadlines
• Ad hoc duties as required

Essential Requirements

• Degree educated (2:1 and above)
• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Hospitality experience is desirable
• Excel Savvy
• Multiple currency bank accounts
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Salary is up to £25,000 with additional benefits
