This organisation is recognised as a leader in their industry, they have experienced significant growth, both organically and through acquisition.

You will be customer/stakeholder focused and work closely with the Finance Director and help develop your team of 10 in to a high performing function.

In this hands-on leadership opportunity, your duties include;

• Provide Team leadership and guidance
• Develop and integrate new employees joining the business
• Identify opportunities of improvement
• Manage high volume and on time processing of invoices, meeting KPIs for the wider business
• Working closely with operations to influence and build capability to ensure accurate reporting

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in:

• Large team Accounts Payable Management
• Experience in a high-volume environment
• Capability to provide direction, whilst still being able to undertake transactional work as required.
• Experienced in using large ERP systems and active hands on lead to automating processes
• Good technical working knowledge of Excel for Analysis
• Change Management experience
• More importantly, you will have excellent work ethic and be customer service oriented with ability to work within a close-knit team
• Experience in a High-volume environment
• Speaking French, German, Sweedish or Czech will be a huge advantage
