Job description
Financial Services client based in Mayfair, are looking for a Junior Administrator to join a small team supporting and working closely with a number of staff, including Directors.
This role would suit a Graduate with a keen interest into business administration.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients,
- Answering phones
- Processing application forms received from investor
- Reconciling client money accounts
- Setting up online payments
- Filing, typing, printing, scanning, updating spreadsheets
- Local bank runs
- Sorting out post, franking
- Providing other administrative support to other colleagues, including Directors
