Your new company
Due to growth and movement within their team, There is now a spot for you to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis with the view to potential permanent employment. The ideal candidate will be required to start immediately and must be available to work full time.

Your new role
In your new position, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, updating a high volume of content, recording and analysing key internal data, performing quality checks and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to undergo extensive filling and document management and keep up the professional look of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, have had data entry experience, be highly proficient in MS Excel, and have the ability to cope with large workloads in short time frames. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and have worked in a similar capacity with the electrical, energy or renewable industry before. you must also have undertaken routine meter checks. Create and issue supply charge schedules in previous roles is also a plus. You will be mainly responsible for accurate and timely completion of utilities billings process, to maximise cost recovery for our client. You must also be able to prepare accounting journals and reconciliations.

Experience Required

  • Must be very organised
  • Must have a good analytical mind
  • Problem solving ability's are a must
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • A good level of it literacy including using systems such as JDE and AX experience
