Leisure company based in the heart of the city looking for Billings Controller to join its busy Finance team.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, this is a stand alone position, which will support the Credit control function.

Duties:

• Process invoice generation runs
• Quality check and invoices to ensure a high level of accuracy of billings and payments
• Liaise and build relationships with entire business to make sure issues are communicated effectively
• Provide support with other billing, payroll and rates related issues, ensuring timely resolution of queries and a high level of accuracy
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries

Requirements:

• Solid Billing experience
• Hospitality/leisure background
• Good organisation
• Must be able to use Pivot Tables/ V look ups
• Personable, outgoing and a team player
