As a CFO you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the CEO in formulating the Bank's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic Business Plans
• Develop Financial and Tax strategies
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Monitor, assess and recommend the impairment provision in accordance with IFRS 9
• Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the Bank's strategic direction
• Accountable for model management of ICAAP, ILAAP and IFRS9 and its assurance

Experience necessary:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Banking Experience
• Good communicator.
• Able to manage heavy workload & strict deadlines.
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail.

This role will look up to pay up to £140,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
