My client a well-established FX Broker, based in the City are looking for a Client and Trade Support Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has 1-2 years experience within a trade support position, understands CASS regulations and is looking for a dynamic team where they can gain exposure but also add value.

  • As a Client and Trade Support Executive you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional and professional support to clients via a variety of mediums (telephone, email, web) in relation to foreign exchange services; not limited to the firms online platforms and technologies, trade queries and statement requests
  • Developing and maintain client relationships through excellent service
  • Educating clients on processes where appropriate, to reduce future dependency and contact
  • Supporting efficient cash flow and treasury management through the timely collection of outstanding transaction settlement, and the effective collection of margin and deposit requirements
  • Comply with regulatory requirements including GDPR and CASS obligations
  • Escalate any complaints or non-settlement suspicions to the Client and Trade Support Manager
  • Ensure process manuals are available for all tasks, ensure they are correct and updated accordingly
  • Act as the main point of contact and superuser for the online platform and provide suggestions of how to improve the platform
  • Promote the online platform to clients to enhance security and help them to become self-sufficient. As a result, reduce queries and the need for manual processes
  • Providing support with department related projects and tasks as requested
  • Providing ongoing recommendations and process enhancements to consistently improve the client experience
  • Providing support with User Acceptance Testing as and when required


As a Client and Trade Support Executive you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience within trade support and client services
  • Understand CASS Regulations
  • Have experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent commercial and technical understanding and awareness of the foreign exchange market
  • Strong service skills, putting the client at the heart of your approach
  • A collaborative working style and approach to problem solving
