Job description

My client, a leading Chartered Insurance Broker based in London are currently searching for a Compliance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Duties of the role

  1. Provide Compliance support for pre-deal and due diligence activity
  2. Preparation of FCA Change in Control Notifications
  3. Build integration plans to respond to any due diligence findings and align with Group compliance arrangements
  4. Oversee and support acquired firms with migration and mitigation activities
  5. Work with the wider Compliance Team to understand existing arrangements and ensure smooth integration of incoming businesses
  6. Liaise with Senior Management and other departments (Operations, IT, M&A, HR, Finance) and provide compliance input on their integration activities
  7. Support Compliance Assurance Manager when activity allows
