My client, a leading Media company in the West end are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This role will be responsible for the management, control and administration of accounts receivable functions within the Group.

In this hands-on role you will:

• Be responsible for the management and administration of an assigned debtors ledger within the Group
• Promote prompt payment of debtor accounts to maximise & achieve collection targets
• Assess cash collections and assist in cash flow forecasting and budgeting process
• Ensure the integrity of the debtors ledger by reconciliation of individual accounts
• Prepare detailed reports on debtors outstanding
• Ensure adherence to company's credit terms & conditions

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a credit control role in a medium to large sized organisation
• Experience with Open Item computerised accounts receivable ledger
• Experience with database systems
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office particularly Word & Excel
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics would also be highly regarded
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
