Job description
We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work for our client a Global Retailer. This role will support the Board members such as The Founder, CEO, CFO, COO and the People Director with day-to-day administrative duties and support with the growth of the business. This role will be hybrid, 3 days in the Brixton office and 2 WFH but with flexibility either side.
EA / Office Management Duties:
- Diary Management for the board members
- Arranging global travel arrangements
- Arranging board meetings
- Arranging board packs and agendas
- Attending meetings taking minutes / note taking and creating action points
- Assisting with presentations and excel reports
- Office management duties
- Overseeing the receptionist
- Making sure the office is running smoothly
- Ordering all office supplies and negotiating best prices
- Liaising with all office contractors
The Ideal Candidate will be:
- Well organised
- Flexible regarding coming into the London office
- Accurate and focused on the detail
- Can work under pressure
- Has experience as both Office manager and an Executive assistant
- Experience of managing C-suit individuals
