About the role

Reporting to the Treasury Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with Accounts and the Business Analysis Manager
  • Provide general Admin support to the Treasury Manager and other staff
  • Administration & financial control functions
  • Oversee operating expense and capital expense budgets through active monitoring and forecasting
  • Develop and present operating expense and capital expense budget reports
  • Manage the 2019 budget submissions
  • Assist with the development of strategy papers
  • Raise and issue Purchase Orders
  • Process invoices
  • Cross-referencing Purchase Orders against the budgets
  • Ensuring that spend is not exceeding the budget

Skills and experience

To win this role you must have the following:

  • Strong experience in financial processes and reporting
  • Ability to understand corporate protocol and communicate with Executives
  • Good understanding of Finance
  • Degree Qualification in Marketing / Business / Commerce / Accounting -ideal
  • High Level Excel Skills
  • Previous ERP exposure
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Highly Organised
  • Attention to Detail
  • Good at building relationships
