Urgent role at a property company in West London. This role requires a candidate who is Qualified with operational business partnering experience.

The role:

• Prepare and present annual Budgets and six monthly Forecasts
• Ownership of Capex accounting process
• Continually review service processes to identify cost efficiencies;
• Oversee all financial functions and control procedures necessary at centre level, incorporating established company policies and procedures.
• Oversight of month end process & procedures, including tracking against budgets and producing forecast and stretch updates;
• Tracking and reporting of capital expenditure.
• Manage a team of 2
• Routine and ad hoc analysis and reporting for all interesting parties as and when required;
• Assisting as required with joint venture reporting.
