Our client is an iconic Music, events & hospitality group with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continues growth, they require an energetic Finance Manager to help the finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Will require the Finance Manager to join the London based Finance team, reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the COO. This role will be responsible for all financial processes, controls, accounting, and data analysis across multiple divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and create slick and creative weekly KPI reporting and analysis of business performance.
• Manage and maintain the integration of new EPoS system
• Annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting
• Provide weekly and monthly analysis
• Drive management in improving profitability
• Regularly review procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
• Take a leading role in the annual audit
• Working with Head of Business & Operations on group procurement reviews
• Supporting FD on any ad hoc tasks
• Supporting wider team as required

Qualifications / Previous experience

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA (2 years post Qual)
• Previous experience in management accounts (Forecasting/Variance analysis/Performance reporting etc);
• Enthusiastic and motivated to improve processes
• Previous exposure to system implementations/improvements advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
