My client is a fast paced Private Equity firm currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to cove the day to day Finance team duties.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage the workload of the AP & AR supervisor
• Cash Flow
• Expenses
• Client Billing - Ensure that all client billing is sent out on a monthly basis.
• Management of Financial Statements and Annual and Half yearly reports
• Dealing with technical updates driven by regulatory changes
• IFRS and UK Financial reporting
• Bank Reconciliations
• VAT Reconciliation - Processing and Checking the Quarterly returns across two UK Entities

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified - CA/ACA/ACCA
• Must have Financial Services industry Accounting experience - Private Equity, Asset Management or Investment manage
• Immediately available/1 week notice - Tier 5 Visa accepted
