Financial Accountant

A household name in Retail are searching for a Group Financial Accountant to join an established accounting function in Central London.

Duties for the Financial Accountant include:

• Preparation of monthly Group Management reports along with variance analysis commentary
• Preparation and posting of Group Adjustment entries
• Preparation and distribution of UK Group Monthly reporting timetables
• Preparation and distribution of UK Group Budget and LTF reporting timetables
• Preparation and maintenance of Accountancy & Audit Fee schedule in both the UK and abroad
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and year-end finance packs for a range of entities
• Assisting the Corporate Reporting team with the preparation of half-year and year end sub-consolidations

The ideal Financial Accountant applicant will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong technical knowledge of group structures and be able to demonstrate a track record of improving processes, procedures and operating systems.

A copmpetitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum is on offer, a range of additional benefits and a great chance to progress in a leading firm.
