My client is a leading housing firm recruiting for an energetic Financial Controller with relevant experience working within a Fund division of a business.

They are a small team so ideally someone who has worked for a medium sized firm or SME would be ideal.

Role responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Investment management team
• Developing and setting up processes
• Preparing monthly,quarterly and annual management accounts
• FP&A Lead on budget and KPI's - working with Senior Management to establish targets and monitoring performance
• Liaising with Third Party advisers and Fund providers
• Assisting with ongoing business and asset management projects
• Reviewing budgets and forecasts
• Developing financial models

Candidate requirements:

• MUST be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• 3-5 years experience in similar/relevant role
• Strong modelling and numerical skills
• Strong communicator
