Financial Controller / Transformation Lead with ref.

Job description

The Group FP&A team report the consolidated view of actual reporting and forecasts to the Group CFO. This therefore requires a detailed understanding of the planning and reporting processes. You will own discrete pieces of a larger finance transformation program within FP&A. You will implement new processes and enhancements to drive simplification and reduce complexity and manual effort to deliver a more efficient and effective FP&A function.

What you'll be doing

You will be expected to:

Deliver programmes within the larger finance transformation strategy for FP&A
Collaborate with relevant members of the FP&A community in order to deliver the programme that you are responsible for
Perform analysis on the processes to determine what works and what doesn't work
Simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary activities
Design mechanisms to improve data integrity to provide enhanced management information to enable better decision making
Project manage the overall programme to ensure that key milestones are met

A good understanding and previous experience of the Financial Planning and/or Reporting Process
