My Client is a leading player in the IT consultancy sector with a well-established publishing base. They are looking for a Financial Controller to join their London head office.

Due to expansion in the department this role has become available. You will report to the CEO.

As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of financial reporting which includes;
• Producing monthly management accounts
• Produce Annual budget
• Produce Weekly flash forecasts
• Cash flow forecasts
• Variance analysis
• Producing board packs and presenting the results to the board.
• Controlling and managing all aspects of statutory & legal obligations including;

• Annual statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Company secretary duties and liaison with external legal team

• Managing all company tax and compliance issues, ensuring that deadlines are met for payments and returns including;

• VAT returns,
• Corporation tax returns,
• Contractor Reporting
• PAYE & NI returns,
• PSA & P11d.

Experience necessary:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Self-motivated
• Good communicator
• Able to manage heavy workload & strict deadlines
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail

This role will look up to pay £60,000 as well as offering a competitive benefits package.
