My client is a leading Real Estate Asset Management firm currently recruiting for a Fund Accountant to join their fast paced and growing team.

Role responsibilities:

• Reviewing and inputting quarterly NAV's
• UK/US GAAP reconciliations
• Strong Technical and Reporting knowledge required
• Working closely with the Fund Analysts in the team - IFRS standards
• Investor queries and analysis requested by Investors
• Business partnering with the wider Finance team - Corporate Accounting and wider business
• Forecasting and cash management

Candidate requirements:

• Must be Qualified - CA/ACA/ACCA/CAANZ
• Ideally have 1-4 years post qualified experience
• Strong fund accounting/asset management industry experience
• Immediately available/1 week notice
